It was developed from apple stores built in the 1950’s converted by the current owner in 2006 to provide a detached office facility with a modern interior, but maintaining key elements of the original design including the double sized cold room doors and wall lockers, all sympathetically converted to the highest standards with modern facilities, high tech telecoms including fibre internet. 

The luxury surroundings provide free parking stretched around the building, with an apple orchard and strawberry fields to the north and raspberry vines to the east, giving a relaxed and inspirational work environment, yet a stone's throw to Oxford City and conveniently located to reach Reading, Newbury, Abingdon and Dicot.

Located less than one mile from the Milton Interchange off the A34 and easily reached by Milton Park, Harwell Science Park and Grove Technology Park, and only 40 minutes by Intercity train from London to Didcot Parkway.
